Shipping, returns & policies

We ship across India. Every piece is checked by hand and packed in a House of Radha box.

• Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that, it costs ₹99.
• We dispatch within 2 working days of your payment. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your city.
• You'll get the tracking details by WhatsApp, SMS or email once your order ships.
• Please check your address and phone number at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

All our pieces are artificial (fashion) jewellery. For hygiene reasons, especially for earrings, we don't take returns for change of mind.

• If a piece arrives damaged, broken or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos and an unboxing video on WhatsApp or Instagram.
• Once we've checked it, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
• Small differences in colour between photos and the real piece, caused by screens and lighting, aren't counted as a defect.

You can cancel an order before it ships for a full refund. Message us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.

We collect only what we need to deliver your order: your name, phone number, email (if you give it) and delivery address. We use them to process, ship and support your order, and nothing else.

• Payments are handled securely by our payment provider. Your card, UPI and bank details never reach us.
• We share your name, phone and address only with the courier delivering your parcel.
• We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
• To see or delete the details we hold about you, message us.

• House of Radha sells artificial jewellery made of brass or alloy bases with gold-tone plating, AD stones, kundan-style work, glass and pearl beads. We do not sell gold, silver or real gemstones.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.
• An order is confirmed once your payment succeeds. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you've paid, we'll offer you a similar piece or refund you in full.
• We try to show every piece accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• Welcome offer: new visitors get 10% off with code RADHA10, valid for 4 hours from their first visit to the website. One code per order. It can't be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash, and we may end or change it at any time.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
